NEW MANGO SEASON is the UK's - and indeed Europe's - only literary magazine to focus on Caribbean women’s writing. Published twice a year, New Mango Season brings to a wide readership, new writing, poetry and short fiction, as well as articles by the keenest readers concerning new writing from women writers of the Caribbean region and the diaspora, including those of Francophone and Hispanic heritage. Volume 1 includes Francophone Writing (Guest editors: Sarah Barbour and Gerise Herndon) and Hispanic Voices (Guest Editor: Ivette Romero-Cesareo. Volume 2 includes Caribbean Women Writers in Britain. Volume 1: issue numbers 1 and 2 and Volume 2: issue number 1 are currently available.
